Neighbourhood Planning Drop-in
Thursday 28th March 1-8pm: Kirton in Lindsey Neighbourhood Plan Drop-in
Come along to the Town Hall and tell us what you want for your Town.
- What do you like about living in Kirton?
- What concerns do have about the Town?
- How do you want Kirton to develop?
- What skills could you bring to the process?
Neighbourhood Planning is about local people giving local views on the future development of land use in their community. Land use means land for residential, industrial or leisure use in the future. The ideas fit in with and can inform the Local Plan and, of course, have to fit with National Planning Laws. Within those constraints we can express views on the shape and size of our Town, the balance of types of development (even no development). Come along and tell us what you think. The ideas will become the topics for a referendum of the whole Town when they’re all put together.
This is a really important opportunity to speak up for the future of Kirton in Lindsey. We want the views of EVERYONE with a stake in the Town such as residents of the Parish, farmers, landowners and local business owners.
