Louise has always been interested in using natural methods for health and well being and believes that lack of appropriate exercise is a contributing cause of many ailments.
Louise has been teaching exercise and fitness classes for over 30 years and has embraced yoga and pilates for the last 15years.
Pilates exercises work to strengthen and balance the pelvic, back and abdominal ‘ core ‘ of the body. The goal is to encourage the well functioning of these muscles to support the body during every day life , encourage good posture and produce a well toned figure overall.
Certain exercises may improve minor back conditions and sciatica but if you suffer with any back or indeed joint problems etc you will need to check first with your doctor or physio as to your suitability for participation in a class.
