Yin Yoga Workshop
This is the latest in Jo’s very successful yoga workshops. Yin yoga is a floor-based, quiet style of yoga, with poses held for between 2 & 5 minutes. This has the effect of working deep into the body, freeing long-held tensions and improving the range of movement in joints. It’s also extremely relaxing and nurturing and the evening is designed to help find ease and freedom of movement in the body and calmness in the mind.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience – from complete beginner to advanced.
